Alongside the Healing Hypnotherapy, I also like to incorporate an energetic layer into our sessions by supporting the session work with whatever Spiritual Counsel is called in. For example:

* Deep energy work through guided meditations

* Key Messages through Quantum, Dragon & Golden Age decks

* Tibetan Singing bowl healing 

* Energetic & Ascension based advice that comes in for you or through you

As with everything, you are welcome to take what resonates and leave what doesn't, whatever you need in becoming more authentic version of you.

We are in a space where many are now looking inwards and doing the shadow work to release the old programmes no longer serving us, allowing us to hold much more light. And because our outside world is a reflection of our inside world, once you begin doing the work, you will see this reflected in all aspects of your life.
