I had my first session with Amy a little while ago. I really didn’t think I was going to relax as there was so much on my mind. Oh my goodness, I relaxed instantly and was so deep in the state of relaxation that it was much too much effort to move an inch of my body. It was lovely afterwards and helped me deal with my thoughts and feelings in a much calmer way. I felt safe and looked after before the session, during the session and after the session. I just need to take a moment to gush about Amy! When I connected with her I was at such a low point in my life and she has been such an amazing ally in helping me reconnect to myself. Her oracle card readings are always on point and exactly what I need at any given time. Our hypnotherapy sessions have been an incredible tool for my healing.She always provides notes at the end of each session so I can look back at it and continue to digest and work towards my goals.
