Welcome to the first in a new line of blended sessions where we take key elements of Hypnotherapy, and blend them with life implementation plans to achieve the most wonderful results.

Why have these sessions come about? Quite honestly, because people have wanted them!

All sessions have always been completely bespoke to you and your needs and I have found in recent months that many souls have come to a session really wanting to know things like... Why am I here? What is my soul purpose? And so this new blended session has been born.

Using the Higher Self Commune found in the Past Life Regression modality, we focus completely on that within this session. You are taken high up through the dimensions into the upper realms to convene with your Higher Self and ask the soul searching and life affirming questions that you would love to have answers to, such as:

* Why am I here?

* What was I sent here to do?

* Am I on the right path?

* Why have I had so much suffering in my life?

* Have I achieved what I came here to do?

* If not, what am I here to do, and how can I achieve this?

Your Higher Self knows everything about you and is single handedly THE most beautiful connection you can ever open up. Previous sessions have reported meeting their Higher Self as

"like meeting the bestest friend I have ever had"

"it was the most intense love I have ever felt"

And once this connection has been opened, it stays open forever - it's just like opening a tap and by giving your permission for connection, your Higher Self will continue to step in, to advise, to nudge you, to provide downloads. It's like having the best friend who loves you just so much, at the helm once again. Of course, they have always been there, but now you have knowingly opened up this connection and openly receive all advice. It truly is the most beautiful thing!

After your commune with your Higher Self, I bring you back to the here and now where we talk through, over tea (of course!) how you can achieve what your Higher Self has shared with you today.

Drawing on my background in Holistic healing with a healthy dose of Marketing and Business Development (from my previous working life in my 20s and 30s), we hatch a plan of how we can reconnect you back into your soul purpose and how you gift the world with what you came here to do!

This is a beautifully fulfilling session with recent sessions leading to a beautiful soul leaving here to write a book that has long been in her heart to do, of another reconnecting back into Art and developing this into her Sacred Geometry Art and another beautiful lady received a gentle nudge into the world of healing.
