Don’t have time for a full session but have some areas that need some quick and efficient attention such as:

- Need to give up something you know you shouldn’t be doing or eating?

- Having issues with a person dominating your thoughts or space?

- Have an obsession you would like some immediate relief from?

Immediate results can be achieved without the need for a full session. 

Using Spatial Awareness techniques and a personalised EFT (Emotional /freedom Technique) Tapping Protocol, we can get you some immediate relief and then look at the deeper, underlying reasons in a fuller session another time.
