Spiritual & Self Reconnection
This session has been inspired by a beautiful lady who came for a session recently and said coming to my sessions was like coming to a Spiritual Spa - which I absolutely loved!
We proceeded to head into a powerful Hypnotherapy session, but it got me thinking.....
The Healing Hypnotherapy sessions work brilliantly, and have done for the past 5 years. I now also feel called to develop a space for those wanting a Spiritual & Self Reconnection but not full Hypnotherapy.
Ta dah! Here it is. Welcome to your Spiritual Reconnection session. A 60 minute session which includes:
A welcome in tea ceremony of fresh Mint & Sage from the garden (when in season) I also have a huge amount of organic, natural blends
Some gentle Somatic work to begin resetting your nervous system (take it out of Fight or Flight and into Rest & Digest)
Oracle Card readings around areas you need clarity, wisdom or advice on. We could also do a random pull to see what messages & advice want to come through for you
Ending the session with a beautifully grounding and reconnecting 20 minute guided meditation.
Within each session, I will also give you a printed Mindfulness resource, starting with:
Session 1: My Peaceful Day planner
Session 2: Mindfulness Flashcards x20
From Session 3 onwards: I will give you the printed version of the following month's section of the "My Year of being Mindful" Companion, so over time, this builds into the whole year for you. Which you can use year after year. Call it your Spiritual Reconnection check in.
The aim of this session is to either be a one off reconnect, or to gift yourself a Monthly Spirit and Self Reconnection, a check in to keep yourself on track and in your highest vibration. As we know, once you start doing the work on the inside, you will see this reflected so beautifully on the outside in your day to day life, interactions, relationships and with how you show up in the world - for you and everyone around you.

Sessions are based on an energy exchange of £30*. For those who can't afford, you are welcome to apply for support through our Pay it Forward fund.
