Happy 3/3 portal day! I am a huge fan of Affirmations because I've learnt that how we speak to ourselves on the inside shapes so much of our reality on the outside ❤️
Simply scan the pictures and see which one jumps out to you. Repeat this to yourself. You could also blend this in with an EFT Tapping round for extra depth and healing ❤️
