As this years' powerful 888 Lions Gate portal comes to a close (officially tomorrow during the solar eclipse) , I invite you to take a moment to reflect on how this energy has served you this year?

Being a triple 8 this year, this portal has been the most miraculous time for shedding, manifesting and really stepping into the person you wish to become.

Personally for me, I have noticed a period of transition, especially around my relationship with my nearly 16 year old. I have been encouraged to embrace the changes, to be in a place of gratitude that I get to see him grow into the most wonderful young man, and that it's ok to let go a little - to loosen those apron strings!

As any single parent I'm sure will agree, the relationship you have with your child is quite different to a conventional 2 parent family. As a single parent, you are every role possible, so it's understandable that when they become older and independent, a little resistance, and dare I say it, sadness, creeps in.

This Lions Gate has really encouraged me to let go a little, to trust that he makes good decisions, to let him fly and to lead the most beautiful life, knowing that I'm here whenever he needs.
