I just wanted to share something pretty amazing that happened today. I had to get in touch with xxx, we had the most civilised, unpressurised conversation we have ever had. I had none of the old defences or anxiety at seeing xxx and xx didn't try to control the conversation or get me to justify or explain anything. Absolutely astonishing.. We have never sat and chatted like that. It was like all the old water was under the bridge. still can't believe it. Thank you again, I feel a hundred times lighter

The notes are spot on. So nice to be able to see the session like this after the event & great to be able to revisit it. You have totally grasped my situation! Sometimes it takes people a while to get their head around it all but you managed it in 1 session!

I have been much more upbeat this week, I had a particularly 'spiritual' day on Saturday where I just seemed  to feel the bigger picture, that everything is OK, and unfolding how it is meant to. It was a nice feeling, I hope to have more of these days! I felt at peace, strong and just more in control, very nice after the last few months!

I had my first session with Amy a little while ago. I really didn’t think I was going to relax as there was so much on my mind. Oh my goodness, I relaxed instantly and was so deep in the state of relaxation that it was much too much effort to move an inch of my body. It was lovely afterwards and helped me deal with my thoughts and feelings in a much calmer way. I felt safe and looked after before the session, during the session and after the session. Looking forward to the next one.
