My name is Amy and I live on the beautiful Isle of Wight in the UK. I live here with my son, cat and fish and I work in Education alongside birthing and running Peaceful Reconnections.

It was back in 2021, whilst I was on a Manifesting course, I was presented with the most incredible opportunity to retrain in Healing Hypnotherapy with the amazing Gordon Smith-Duran - manifesting truly at it's best!

This unique modality involves guiding you into reaching the Theta brainwave state, encouraging your conscious mind to quieten enough to reconnect with the amazing subconscious - the part of you that knows all about you and everything you need to heal.

As soon as I assisted my first client into trance, I knew I had done this before and this was my calling in this lifetime - to help people rediscover who they truly are alongside helping clear away the layers of trauma that can weigh heavy on our journey.

As someone who is keen to keep learning and developing, at the beginning of September 2026 I began an 18 month foundation degree course to become a Licensed Thrive Practitioner with Specialist Wellbeing support.

I possess an enhanced DBS for working with both adults and children.
